WALTER’S CHEESE MUFFINS

2 cups self-rising flour
•
2 sticks of butter (room temperature)
•
2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
•
1 cup sour cream
Mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Spoon into mini baking tins or regular baking tins. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes until brown on top.
