8 lbs. venison roast •16 oz. Cajun Injector Beef Marinade (Creole Garlic recipe)
16 oz. Cajun Injector Beef Marinade (Creole Garlic recipe) •4 oz. melted butter
4 oz. melted butter •hot sauce
hot sauce Melt butter and add to marinade. Inject 2-3 ounces of marinade and butter mixture per pound of venison. Rub outside of roast with hot sauce. Cook on smoker to desired doneness.
