VENISON MEDALIONS

1 to 2 lbs. venison medallions
•
1/2 cup red wine
•
2 tbs. olive oil
•
1 tsp. whole thyme
•
3/4 tsp. onion powder
•
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
•
1/4 tsp. black pepper
•
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
•
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Combine wine, oil, and Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture over medallions cover and refrigerate for 8 hrs, turning occasionally. Cook medallions on the Sikes Cooker at 400 degrees for approximately 7 minutes on each size.
