Game & Fish Dish
TEQUILA DUCK

4 Duck breasts (can use whole young Ducks if
         desired)
1/8 tsp. ground thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound butter, softened
2 ozs. of your favorite brand of Tequila
thick lime slices

Mix thyme, salt and pepper and sprinkle over the Duck breasts. Cook on the Sikes Cooker @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes on each side. While the Duck breasts are cooking, mix Tequila with the butter in a glass bowl until all the liquid is absorbed. Place a spoonful of butter mixture on each breast and top with a lime slice. What a taste sensation!!!
