SOUTH OF THE BORDER FILETS

½ cup salsa
•
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
•
2 tablespoons lime juice
•
½ cup shredded Monterey pepper jack or Mexican
blend cheese
•
1½ pounds Hybrids
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix mayonnaise; lime juice and salsa together. Spread mixture over the fillets. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
