SOUTHERN FRIED CRAPPIE

Oil for frying

1 lb. Crappie fillets
•
1 12 oz. can beer (any brand)
•
2 heaping tbsp. regular mustard
•
Cajun Injector Seasoned Fish Fry Mix
Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350 degrees. Mix beer and mustard and pour into a plastic bag. Add fillets and marinade at least ½ hour. When fillets are sufficiently marinated, dredge in Seasoned Fish Fry Mix. Fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
