SHARK WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

4 Shark fillets 5-6 ounce each
•
olive oil
•
salt and pepper
•
½ cup spicy mustard
•
grated lemon rind
•
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill on the Broilmaster for 4 minutes on the first side. Meanwhile in a small bowl stir together the mustard, lemon juice and lemon rind. Turn the fish fillets over and spread the mustard evenly on the tops. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Return to the Broilmaster until the fish is crusty and medium-done, about 4 minutes longer. Serves 4.
