SHANNON'S FAVORITE QUAIL

1 16 ounce can crushed pineapple
•
1 medium sized bell pepper, chopped
•
1 small onion, chopped
•
salt and pepper
•
12-15 Quail
•
12-15 strips of bacon
•
3 tablespoons melted butter
In a small bowl mix pineapple, bell pepper and onion together. Salt and pepper Quail. Wrap each in a strip of bacon, secure with toothpicks. Place in a buttery 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour pineapple mixture over quail. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
