ROTISSERIE QUAIL

•6-8 whole Quail
•salt and pepper
•bacon

Using the rotisserie basket on the Grillmaster Grill, lay strips of bacon on one side. Season birds and arrange close together over bacon. Top with additional bacon strips and clamp basket closed. Cook 20 to 30 minutes over hot coals. A clamp basket with a handle may also be used. Turn frequently.
