RED DOT HALIBUT

3 lbs. fresh Fish fillets

Cajun Injector Seasoned Fish Fry

1 3 ounce bottle “Original” Louisiana Hot Sauce
Place Fish fillets in a large bowl. Pour contents of one bottle of “Original Louisiana Hot Sauce” over fillets. Marinate for one hour. Pour fry mix into a bag. Remove Fish from marinade, drop in bag and shake until fillets are coated. Fry Fish in hot vegetable oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
