RADIO SHOW DIP
Use just the white meat of Halibut, Tilapia or any mild flavored fish fillets, and poach in water until done.
Let the fish cool and then flake. You will need about 3 cups, then add the following:

¼ cup sweet pickle relish
•
¼ cup finely chopped celery
•
¼ cup chopped onion
•
½ of a medium size dill pickle, chopped
•
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
•
salt and pepper to taste
•
add enough mayonnaise to hold it together, or to your
taste.
Serve on Ritz crackers and wait for the compliments.
