PARMESAN CORNISH HENS

2 Cornish Hens or one cooking Hen

1 egg
•
1 pint sour cream
•
6 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
•
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Mix the eggs and sour cream and coat the birds completely. Mix the Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese then liberally cover the birds with this mixture. Get the Big Green Egg Grill/Cooker up to 350 degrees and place birds on a rack over a drip pan. Cook for 1 hour and then kick up the temp to 400 degrees for 10 minutes to brown.
