PANEED PLANTATION QUAIL

12-15 Quails
1 16 ounce jar Cajun Injector Marinade
1 egg
2 cups milk
flour
Cajun Shake Seasoning
½ stick butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic

Pour 8 ounces of Marinade into a measuring cup. Wrap Quails individually in plastic wrap and inject each with Cajun Injector Marinade. Remove plastic wrap. Add 1 cup of milk to a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg and wisp. Place Quails in milk. Remove and allow excess egg-milk wash to run off. Place Quails in flour. Cover Quails evenly with Cajun Shake seasoned flour and shake off excess.

To cook, add olive oil to cover bottom of fry pan. Add ½ stick of butter and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. When the butter has melted, add 3 to 4 Quails to pan. Cook until Quails are a golden brown.
