LORRIE'S HUNTERS BREAKFAST

1 pound venison sausage

5-6- eggs
•
2 cups milk
•
½ teaspoon prepared mustard
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
white slices bread
•
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Crumble sausage, brown and drain. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard mixing well. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with bread slices, top with sausage, then cheese. Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
