JIMMY'S FAVORITE DEER TENDERLOINS

4 deer tenderloin chops
4 deer tenderloin chops •1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice •3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup soy sauce •1 clove garlic, minced
1 clove garlic, minced Marinate deer chops in above mixture for at least 4 hours, longer if possible. Cook on the grill or hot coals until done. This recipe is also wonderful on pork.
