½ stick butter Slice at home or have your seafood market slice fresh Tuna into 1 to 1½ inch steaks. Wrap Tuna in plastic wrap before injecting. Marinate about 15 minutes. Place steaks on grill and continue to brush marinate with melted butter on steaks as they cook.
