Game & Fish Dish
GRILLED HERBED TUNA

½  lb. Tuna fillet
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1 tbs. minced fresh basil
1 tbs. minced fresh thyme

Brush fillet with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs with parsley, basil and thyme; press onto all sides of fillet. Grill on the Sikes Cooker on medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish with sprigs of fresh basil and lemon slices.
