GAIL'S CHAMPAGNE QUAIL
(OR CHICKEN)

12 strips of bacon
•
12 Quail, oven ready
•
¾ cup melted butter
•
2 cups champagne
Wrap bacon around Quail or chicken, secure with toothpicks. Melt butter in (throwaway) aluminum pan. Add Quail or chicken; champagne; season with salt and pepper. Wrap aluminum foil securely around pan and cook on the grill for 20-25 minutes or until done.
