Game & Fish Dish
FRIED VENISON NUGGETS
WITH WHITE GRAVY

2 pounds of venison cut into ¼ inch cubes
2 cups all purpose flour
Cajun Shake Seasoning
vegetable oil

Ingredients for egg wash:
3 cups milk
3 eggs (beaten)
8 ounces Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade

Ingredients for gravy:
2 cups milk
¼ cup flour
¼ cup used oil from drippings

In black iron skillet pour about ½ bottle of oil and heat. Season meat thoroughly with Cajun Shake. Dredge meat in flour and then into egg wash and back into flour. Place battered meat into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Take out of skillet and drain on paper towels. Drain off all but ¼ of used oil and all the little brown bits. Place back on heat and add ¼ cup flour. Stir until smooth. Add milk and continue to cook until thick and creamy. Pour over venison and enjoy.
