Game & Fish Dish
FISH BURGERS

1 pound any fish cooked and filleted
juice of ½  of lemon
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
heated hamburger buns
lettuce
mayonnaise or tarter sauce
tomato slices

Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat or mix into fish. Panfry in about ¼ inch melted butter until patties are lightly browned. In each bun arrange crisp lettuce, fish patty, mayonnaise or tarter sauce and a slice of tomato. Serve hot.
