1 box of Bruce’s Sweet Potato Pancake Mix •1 pound Elk sausage (any type of sausage will do;
1 pound Elk sausage (any type of sausage will do; Elk, venison, Wild Boar)
•Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade•1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Quick Shake
1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Quick Shake Make Elk patties about 2 ounces each and inject with Creole butter marinade, sprinkle with Quick Shake. Fry up in a pan. Follow the instructions on the back of Bruce’s Sweet Potato Pancake Mix.
It’s a great and simple breakfast after a long night of hunting.
