EASY RABBIT DUMPLINGS

1 Rabbit, dressed, cleaned
•
1 tube canned biscuits
•
1 stick butter
•
salt and pepper to taste
Cover Rabbit with water and cook until done. Remove the meat from bones. Save the water the Rabbit was cooked in for stock and add the stick of butter until melted. Cut biscuits into quarters and drop into the stock. They will rise to top. Cook for several minutes then add the Rabbit. Let simmer on stove until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
