EASY DEEP FRIED CATFISH

4 Catfish fillets
•
1 egg 1/4 cup milk
•
1 cup Ingles seasoned breadcrumbs
•
vegetable oil for frying
•
salt and pepper to taste
Dry excess water on Catfish with a paper towel. Mix egg and milk together. Dip fillets in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Do not overcook!
