DUCK BREAST TERIYAKI APPETIZER

5 boneless Duck breast halves
•
Cajun Injector Marinade, Teriyaki & Honey Recipe
•
10 bacon slices, cut in half
•
20 pineapple chunks
Preheat oven to 550 degrees. Wrap breasts individually in plastic wrap. Inject breast halves, using 1 ounce of marinade per breast. Remove plastic wrap and cut each breast into 1-inch cubes. Place 1 breast cube and 1 pineapple chunk on a piece of bacon. Roll up and secure with a wooden toothpick. Season with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake seasoning. Cook at 550 degrees for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Garnish with chopped parsley. Makes 20 pieces.
