A great Deer, Boar, Elk or any big game recipe. You can use any cut of meat old or new. Cut all meat up into small pieces making sure to cut away all membrane and connective tissue and any freezer burn. Put all meat, ½ chopped onion and salt and pepper into a crock-pot and cook on low overnight. Next morning pour out into clean water in the sink and wash each piece of meat and also wash the crock-pot. Now put cleaned meat back into a clean crock-pot with the other ½ chopped onion, more salt and pepper and your favorite bar-b-que sauce. Cook until lunch on low, serve and eat. No wild taste. The key to this is the cleaning of the meat. Enjoy!
