DEEP FRIED QUAIL

1 16 ounce jar of Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
•
1 can of Cajun Shake
•
2 cups plain flour
Inject birds with marinade and sprinkle with Cajun Shake. Batter in the flour and sprinkle with Cajun Shake again. Place them into a fryer with hot oil and fry for about 6 minutes.
