CREOLE GARLIC ELK STEAKS

•8 10 ounces Elk ribeye steaks
•Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe Marinade
•Cajun Injector Quick Shake Seasoning

Inject marinade into steak in several places. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake. Grill until desired doneness. Serves 1.
Tip: Wrap steak in plastic wrap before injecting to keep marinade from squirting everywhere.  This works great for chicken and fish filets as well.
