CREOLE GARLIC ELK ROAST

8 pounds Elk roast

16 ounce jar of Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
•
can of Cajun Shake
•
stick of butter
Melt butter in mixing bowl and add marinade. Inject Elk roast approximately 1 ounce per pound and sprinkle in a light coat of Cajun Shake. Place on a ready smoker for about 4 hours.
