Game & Fish Dish
CODY'S CRAPPIE CAKES

1 pound Fish
1 stick of butter
½ chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 tube of Ritz cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon Cajun Shake

Melt ½ stick of butter in a pan and sauté onions and bell pepper. Add Cajun Shake. Place Fish on top of vegetables. Allow the Fish to slowly fall apart. Place cracker crumbs in mixture and then place to the side allowing it to cool. Make into cakes and place into the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours. When ready to cook, melt butter in a pan and sauté cakes until golden brown.
