CAJUN DUCK OR WHATEVER

6 to 8 boneless Wild Duck breasts (or 3-4 whole Ducks)

1 package of Crab and Shrimp boil
•
1 cup melted garlic butter
Boil Ducks with Crab and Shrimp boil. Boil Duck breasts 30 minutes or so (whole Duck for one hour), sticking fork into meat to allow the Shrimp boil to penetrate Ducks. After boiling, put Ducks on the Broilmaster Grill for 15-20 minutes or until desired doneness. Baste with the garlic butter while cooking.
