CAESAR STRIPER

2 pounds Striper or other fresh fillets
•
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
•
1 cup crushed potato chips
•
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Dip fillets in salad dressing and place in greased aluminum pan. Combine chips and cheese and sprinkle over fillets. Bake on grill until desired doneness. Serves 4.
