Game & Fish Dish
BUGSY'S MUSHROOMED RABBIT

2 lbs. Rabbit cut into desired pieces
1 lb. mushrooms cut into pieces
1 stick butter plus 3 tbs.
4 tbs. dry sherry
¼  cup tomato juice
½  cup milk
½  cup water
1 tbs. parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Brown Rabbit in 1 stick of butter. Sauté mushrooms in remaining butter, add sherry and tomato juice, and simmer 5 minutes. Add water, milk, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and pour over rabbit, cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees on the Sikes Cooker.
