BUGSY'S MUSHROOMED RABBIT

2 lbs. Rabbit cut into desired pieces
2 lbs. Rabbit cut into desired pieces •1 lb. mushrooms cut into pieces
1 lb. mushrooms cut into pieces •1 stick butter plus 3 tbs.

4 tbs. dry sherry •¼ cup tomato juice
¼ cup tomato juice •½ cup milk
½ cup milk •½ cup water
½ cup water •1 tbs. parsley
1 tbs. parsley•salt and pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste Brown Rabbit in 1 stick of butter. Sauté mushrooms in remaining butter, add sherry and tomato juice, and simmer 5 minutes. Add water, milk, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and pour over rabbit, cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees on the Sikes Cooker.
