BAKED HYBRIDS

2 lbs. Hybrid fillets
•
2 tbs. butter, melted
•
2 limes, thinly sliced
•
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Place fillets in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish; brush with butter. Arrange limes over fillets, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily with a fork.
