BAKED FISH PARMESAN

Fish fillets
•
2 - 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
•
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
•
fresh basil and garlic
Arrange fillets in single layer in baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over fillets to cover. Sprinkle generously with cheese, then sprinkle again. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes per inch thickness of fillets.
