BACON WRAPPED GRILLED QUAIL

6 Quail
•
1 pound bacon
•
1 16 ounce jar of Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
•
1 can Cajun Shake
•
1 jar Louisiana brand Jalapeno peppers
•
8 ounces of cream cheese cut into 6 cubes
Inject bird with marinade. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake. Stuff the cavity of the Quail with 1 pepper and a cube of cream cheese. Wrap birds with bacon and secure with a toothpick and place on hot grill. Cook until bacon is done.
