BACON WRAPPED HOT AND SPICY QUAIL BREAST

12 Quail breasts de-boned
•
6 slices of bacon
•
1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector's Cajun Hot and Spicy Marinade
•
12 toothpicks
Heat grill. Cut the bacon in half and wrap each breast with half a slice if bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Inject the Cajun Hot and Spicy Marinade. Grill Quail until tender and bacon is crispy.
