BACON WRAPPED DUCK BREAST

5 Duck breasts de-boned
•
12 slices of bacon
•
1 16oz jar of Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
•
12 tooth picks
Heat grill. Wrap each breast with two slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Inject with the Creole Butter Marinade. Grill Duck until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
