BACON-GRILLED RABBIT

5 to 7 lb. Rabbits, halved
•
Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe Marinade
•
Warm bacon drippings
•
Cajun Shake to taste
Prepare grill for medium direct heat. Inject Rabbits with 1 ½ ounces of marinade per pound of meat. Brush the outside of Rabbit halves with warm bacon drippings. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake Seasonings. Grill Rabbits for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees turning and basting occasionally with warm bacon drippings. When the Rabbits are almost done, baste with additional marinade.
