Game & Fish Dish
            AL'S SALMON FILLET

½ pound Salmon fillet
¼ cup white wine
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon dill weed
6 thin onion slices or to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Place fillet on large heavy-duty aluminum foil piece. Sprinkle wine over fillet, dot with butter and sprinkle with dill weed. Place onion slices on fillet and season with salt and pepper. Wrap to enclose fillet, using double folds to assure that no steam or juices escape. Place on charcoal grill and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
